What is the difference between maida, atta and sooji?

Maida is finely refined wheat flour for breads, buns and pastries. Atta is whole wheat flour for rotis and Indian flatbreads. Sooji (semolina) is coarsely milled wheat used for upma, halwa, idli, noodles and pasta.
